Sir F&O trading is not showing in AIS. Is it extremely necessary to show in ITR3. Turnover is near about 6000/- & loss in1600/-. Otherwise I can file ITR2 which I do file every year. Thank you Sir for your relevant information.

Sir, I have filed my ITR on 8th of June 24 & verified it simultaneously on the same date. It is showing in the portal on 21 /6 /24-"ITR is under processing" But it has not been processed till date. My total income is 6.97lks after applying standard deduction. I received 35k interest on FD. Tax was not deducted from my payroll as it is under 7lks and also not from bank as it doesn't crossed 40k. While filing the ITR, it is showing me to pay 32k. Anything can I do now to avoid paying the tax ?
