As a long-term subscriber, I would like to thank you for all the amazing trip reports. Posting them with all the natural sounds in the lounges and on-board the plane, without any added generic background music, is very appreciated. It makes the viewing experience a very life-like one, as if we are right there travelling on-board too. Many of us do not have the financial means to travel regularly, and trip reporters like yourself open a window to the world for many of us. Thanks for the review. ITA looks a good product in Business and their Premium Economy which we briefly saw, better than many other airlines. Don’t think much of their Business class lounge, looks more like a very ordinary cafe though that’s not a big deal as most these days are overcrowded anyway.
