Yeah! If your gonna build a maintenance shed it really only needs to be big enough to comfortably work on one machine. And the balloon is definitely a Peppa Pig and worth at least 10 points. 🐖

The area around the shed came out looking really nice, one can tell you raised the elevation significantly. You stated you would have liked to run the ruckus rake over the area, I’ve seen landscape jobs that not as nice as you had that area and they called it finished, and you used a dozer to accomplish what you did. Thanks for the update sir, as always enjoyed the vid.

Many years ago, my dad and I graded lawns and seeded on new construction. We would have love to have had rough grade like Chris does. Usually when we got there, the grading looked like the Air Force had just done an air strike.

I have to laugh... Now when finding balloons out in my field and shelter belt, I always holler, Chris! Another balloon. Maybe they were always there, but I must have just not noticed them before watching your channel the last few years. I've never found one as cool as you did this day. Enjoy your channel very much.

Tractor and equipment builders have been making them for year round outdoor all season use. They use some really tough paint on those implements and machines. No need to baby them like those Cowboy Cadillac pickup trucks made today. The only shop you need for them is one to keep the mechanic dry and warm when he works on them when possible. But most of that is done where the machine sits and those mechanics are a special breed of tough. I actually am old enough to remember when a pickup truck was just as crude and tough as a bulldozer. They sat outside and worked hard too. Pretty and comfort just was not a thing back then. Heck they did not even have seat belts in those days.

Yeah I agree with you Chris, if the equipment is in the shop shed, your not making money, no reason to have a building to store equipment when it's meant to make money, not sit in a shed, thanks for sharing an I look forward to seeing the next video as always 🇺🇲💪🤙👌👍✊

35 years ago we had to MAKE our top soil... now that my wife has possession (11 years ago) of HER families homestead when her older brother passed and his wife went back to Norway we have all the top soil we need! My parents homestead is a mining homestead foremost and as a side "hustles" of tree cultivating, greenhouse germinations and other ways to support our main thing for mining equipment and to our hunting/fishing lodge here in our neck of the wood in Alaska! I wished we had the soil yall take for granted back when I was your age...it would have been just one less problematic thing in growing what our hoard of children, grandchildren and now great grandchildren need for sustenance and bartering power... Another good video young man!

A maintenance building would be nice to have a working crane like DP and a high capacity air compressor system so you could have a heated building for winter and cool building in summer when you need to perform needed maintenance or repairs on equipment. DP proves you don’t need to spend hundreds of thousands just something big enough for a piece or two of equipment

Having a shed /workshop that you can get most of you machines into and work on them from tome to time would be an advantage, especially in winter ,look at DP and his one . Maybe just a upgrade to what you have at home now or the area before the present shed ? And yes i know that you have planted Money Trees ,all very ellusive to the average eye but they are there . Even one bay of you existing shed , concrete floor with machine rails inbedded like C & C Equipment has a roof addition maybe could be cost effective, you mechanic guy would really like you for that .
