Definitely a 2 man job to drop those belly pans! I watch C&C Equipment and Dirt Perfect changing those pans and it takes 2 people to do the belly pans! Good thing you have help!! Nice haul truck, Dirt Perfect has been wanting another haul truck now DP will have to get one now, you are 1 up on him! Lol!

I had to smile when you and Donnie were talking about mowing down trash cans. Jeff (Jpaydirt) often talks about his neighbours leaving their bins too near to the road on collection day, and 'jokes' that he tries to catch as many as he can when his load is wider than the lowboy bed. I am sure he has hit a few, but I am not sure if I am hoping that he has hit fewer than he makes out. I had the wind blow over the recycling bin recently while it was out by the road, and it made an almighty mess.

Chris if you are going to tie up the truck for a while to get the odds and ends done. You should have your tire guy look at that front tire and see if they can section that injury to the sidewall . Good luck with the new truck.

That new and bigger haul truck is going to come in handy on some of your big dirt moving jobs. You could run two haul trucks on pond builds as long as you have a couple of drivers. Your 350 excavator will definitely be able to keep up with two trucks. Speaking of trucks, Mr. Donnie sure does keep his truck looking immaculate. He’s a good man to have around when you need equipment moved.

Lovely Volvo ADT. The Biggest ADT Volvo currently make is the A60, its 55 ton hauler @ 100 tons gross weight. Yours is 30 ton I think, about the right size for your yard, really fabulous vehicle, looks in great condition, just minor cosmetic work as usual. Its fun tarting something like that back to decent specs, have fun I'm sure you will...you've made some great progress!

I Love when you asked Donnie if he ever hit a trash can, and his answer made me smile, " every one I can" he said. Great that your not getting rid of "Barney" and this truck will be good as well since it is bigger and as you stated can use it on another job without taking Barney on and off jobs. beside the other issues with this, have to get that air loss found and get that addressed. will look better once the Letsdig18 decals on it. does it get a name as well?? Liked the way you filled the new oil filters and then installed them. Dont forget to date the oil filters!

Quick tip.the quickest way to see if your alternator is working is with the engine running see if a wrench will stick to the back of the alternator. If it sticks the alternator is working.
