Last ride of the year and back at our favorite place, a challenging place even in the dry let alone in the slop, unfortunately not how we wanted to end the year with a call to Woodhead Mountain Rescue who did an amazing job making Phil comfortable and getting him down off the trail safely and to hospital 👍

Well done to you all for looking after each other and credit to the mountain rescue crew. It’s a lesson for us all that sometimes it goes wrong on the “easy stuff “ that was well slippery though

I just watched this video. Damn, pretty good work out even in best of conditions. But in muddy wet… I’m sorry to see your friend getting injured. I hope he is ok now. Stay safe, especially in our age group…😅

boy did he hit that tree 😱, good to read that hes on the mend. Had a look over at wharncliffe last year and it was one of the wettest days Ive ever ridden, had to abandon without really riding any of it.....gotta get back there this year. Great vid and thanks for sharing, by the way Im not deceived by how easy you make some of them climbs look 😉
