As always perfect vid with lots of useful infomation, I'm getting soon an Astra GTC with Z20LER engine and first mods will be the intercooler with bigger pipes etc, just to make it breath with colder air, Your videos are great source of knownledge for me. As for the Zafira, try to find an OPC grill from Opel, they match even better with the lower bumper grill.

The new intercooler are all the pipes silicone hard to see on drivers side no the one of top hat is metal just not sure I need one for my intercooler on drivers side and have silicone one but was told hat to be metal well aluminium hope u can help and keep up the vids it like a talking Haynes manual that we can all understand lol 👍
