Santo Domingo is a different animal. A different beast. If you stay long enough, you will experience it from all aspects. Knowing Spanish is a must in SD. I love the hectic environment there. Always something to do. Overall, I love SD 🇩🇴 flying to Santiago, DR in April 2024, to compare it with SD. Be safe!
