So I payed $40 for BMX Streets just for Mashbox to realese a free version that hes updating constantly, feels and plays better, new mountain bike, scooters, and the ability to play mod maps (which is all I do play cuz the main map is mid).

This is to improve Streets though All the work being done on Mashbox is so they can implement all the new physics etc into Streets when they’re ready. Like I get that Mashbox is free but it seems like the better way to go about it instead of constantly throwing out Updates to Streets and breaking the game whilst they’re experimenting

Bmx streets and the free 1 are definitely different hard earned time put in too streets its worth the price. I don't find it boring

First time I've seen this!! Looks great, although I'm only a ps5 gamer with no p.c, but anyway... The warehouse looking level reminds me of my past life as a "Games Tester" and we made a game on PS1 & Dreamcast called "Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX". I worked for a company called Runecraft and we made the game using Neversofts game engine from Tony Hawk Pro Skater... Damn, I loved that job and really loved working on Hoffman's BMX as I grew up riding BMX here in the UK.. Happy Days!! I'm gunna enjoy this vid now. 👍

What’s the crack with streets at the moment? . Haven’t played in ages. When is the physics update coming out? Also any improvements to the replay editor at all?

Are grinds still the same with this, i found them incredibly inconsistent like the inputs arent mapped yet

Completely agree with having the option to remove the rail magnets. Not much feels better than finding a rail with no magnets or even a grind spline and getting a nice line on it. Still why I enjoy the Skate 2 map so much! So much of it requires a way to figure out what you're wanting to do and earning it. I have nothing but optimism for what Mash is doing and I have a feeling we aren't going to need another BMX game when he's done. Just more maps and interesting places to ride! So many of the downloadable maps are parks or mainly park styles. I'm hoping someone makes a map full of famous street spots and new interesting things. Get my Jake Seeley/Erik Elstran on! Anyhow, thank you for another video update! Have fun!

I think changing the threshold on body lean would look way better. The full lean looks fine but when going for small/medium turning inputs it looks weird

The front wheel doesn’t turn enough, the character just starts to lean past a certain point.

I played this for the first time today and absolutely struggled. I dont like how hops look, or the body position in manuals. And i couldn't grind to save my life lol

I cant put my finger on it but it just looks abit off.. It might feel better to play but i really belive the regular engine, with the rider less bow legged, like his first rider update 2-3 months back, some of the IG clips ive seen it just looks insainly good. Vs this that look weird in a way Seems like he changed the sound of the bike when it lands, def dosent sound better either, sounds like he rides inside vs landing on concrete/streets. Saw someone mention they could add better sound to the landings, making it sound harder/chain smash, like when doing bigger drops vs the weaker sound it has. But this update made it suuper weak, i think it was ment the other way around, rougher sound not mellow Keep trying 👍 eventuelly it will become great :)

I hope mash has someone other than himself working on content that will surprise us when all this gets loaded into the game, and it’s not only the new physics… that would be very disappointing, same dead map, same challenges, etc. He should be ambitious and aim for a more complete game than just a simulator….

I just wish he updated the actual game we bought and not just a free one why buy Bmx streets when he seems to never update it I know he will but when it’s getting crazy now he has competitors
