Your method makes more sense than the AK directions. I wonder how a glazing approach would work to smooth the transitions. If the presumed light source is a sunny day a little blue green in the mid reflections might sell that. Looks interesting for display pieces. It would be a time sink for painting an army. As always, good video.

Thanks buddy ☺️, and yeah! I’m not painting an army this way 😂. Oow a bit of blue green maybe get some earthy tones in and work in a sort or mountain reflection 🤔🤔🤔. I’m planning on using custodian’s in an upcoming diorama now so this has worked out pretty well as mostly a test but for if I’m able to get the desired effect
