To get Zanskar district issue is not related to open the chadar road or not, main reason is that Kargil administration is always ignoring us as well as the J&K govt ignored the ladakh during the ladakh was its part. Secondly, Zanskar is located 250 km far away from its distt office and in winter it's remain cut-off for six months b4 and 3 months for now. Also there is some other reason n no need to mention here. SHOULDN'T MAKE THE ANY UNNECESSARY TALK TO BREAK THE SPIRIT OF DEMANDING THE SEPERATE DISTT FOR ZANSKAR INSTEAD OF BUILT IT UP. JTN WAS TOTALLY FAILED TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE. HE SHOULDN'T NEVER FORGET THE KIND OF ZANSKARS PA TO MAKE HIM AS THE M.P.
