Well, my family's been eating less rice. Very tough for Malaysians, but that's what have to do la XD like, cut down bit by bit, dont finish all the rice/mee, cause that's all simple carbs which becomes fat XP Or instead of having noodles, add more protein la. Maybe not all the time. No rice all the time very hard. Maybe, like, lunch only or one meal a day, something like that. helps a lot.

1. I stopped eating rice (yes it was hell at first but I am managing 😭) tho, I am not cutting my carbs completely. 2. After wake up, drink at least 2 glasses of water and 1 glass of unsweetened green tea. 3. Drink drink drink drink a loooooot of water before eating. (plain water one lol) 4. Stop junk food and proccessed food . Although sometimes, ala we all human we cheat what. Me too 😂. 5. Do jumping jacks, squats, push-up and a lot more than can do even in my own room. 6. Prooooteeeeiin is importanttttt! 7. Wanna count calorie, download 'calorie counter' to manage the amount of calories needed in a day. I stopped using it tho. gahaha. 8. There's a lot more but I too lazy 9. Maybe last one? Avoid drinking carbonated and sweet drinks. Just drink plain water, not even cold one. 10. But most important thing is DISCIPLINE and COMMITMENT - even after that mood of 'losing weight' has long gone. So, Gerdlack 💕💕💕

I only eat what my stomach really needs. For example, when you have your dinner and the food involves rice (fried rice, white rice, etc), try to eat half of the plate because you don't need a lot of energy at night unless you're working really late. Besides, try staying away from junk food. You can have some but not too often. If you buy snacks, try sharing with other people so you eat less and also they help you finish the remaining.

We live in a land filled with irresistible food, no doubt. I love them all! Yet, I eat whatever that is available and there is no need for special diets and preps. This is what I have been doing for over 6 years now + a few simple tips: 1) Zap fan - reduce rice portions. Even a quarter of a bowl less will do the trick. 2) Fried chicken - remove some bits of the really oily fats layers and feel free to indulge in the rest. 3) Char Kuey Teow, Roti Canai and other mamak food - feel free and "sapu" them all in. Just reduce the frequency of it. Works wonders. 4) Absolutely ZERO tolerance to carbonated drinks and supplements. 5) Exercise according to your body condition and diversify them so that you don't get bored. I have speed hiking, bodyweight workouts a.k.a. calisthenics (many facets included), running and swimming (primarily a swimmer) :) 6) DISCIPLINE! There is no need to stop eating everything so drastically. The flabs will return just as fast as they will go. Good luck!
@williamlai298 жыл бұрын
Wow.....you really dunno how to lose weight man. Just eat high protein stuff, A.K.A. Meat! It is the high carbohydrate stuff that makes you fat NOT protein. Throw away all the rice, syrup, coke, roti and bang your head on chicken, beef, mutton, eggs and pork ONLY(even fish) then come and tell me if you still gain any weight. If you still gain weight then it is a medical mystery....or you're drinking beer or alcohol. Each can of beer(300ml) is about 120 calories, you jog on treadmills for 30 min you lose how much u tell me. P.s. If you think meat is not healthy go ask your doctor, rice kills you faster then meat itself. Blood protein is hard to digest and keeps you sated so you end up eating less. The latest research shows butter and coconut fat is super healthy which contradicts to older research. GO SCIENCE!

My personal preference for my diet and lifestyle I am sticking with. But Not facts ya. How to loose weight: 1. Half vegan lifestyle delicious yet easy to cook vegan dish (jamieoliver food tube offers hot tips), stick to mostly steam/lightly fried veggie (cook with strictly extra virgin olive oil and organic sea salt) Don't get me wrong everything organic doesn't mean will loose weight or absolutely healthy. 2. No sugar. Natural sweetness is 70% of your diet and only 30% artificial sugar. 3. Probiotic food based such Vitagen/ Yakult/real gimchi. 4. Plain water Thank you for doing this video. This one we can easily connect with it.

its tough dieting in England xD there is barely any vegetarian choices too !! Especially if going to a restaurant, and stress?! Im an university student!! I live on stress.
@Kalistane8 жыл бұрын
*Disclaimer: I'm a university student so this lifestyle may not fit everyone* Personally, I wake up early when I can - say 4-5am. I get the bulk of my work done by 7am, go for breakfast with my parents, then when I come home around 8am when the sky is bright enough and the weather isn't too hot, I start jogging around my neighbourhood. I do this about 3 times a week. If you swim, good. Imo it's the best exercise for losing weight speaking from personal experience. :) As for food, I started eating cherry tomatoes (about RM5 for a box at jusco or jayagrocer), strawberries (roughly RM20 for 500g at jusco) and bananas for breakfast. I sometimes include unsalted nuts as well for energy. I wouldn't say I'm on a diet and I wouldn't recommend anyone to be so strict and unkind with yourself when you are unsuccessful in keeping to a diet. Just try to eat a little healthier. Include fruits in your meals and snack time and drink 2 litres of water per day - the equivalent of 8 glasses of water. For lunch, you can also prep your meal and bring it with you. Perhaps some people will think that you're kiamsiap (stingy) for bringing your own food or that you're weird, but that's their problem. You know you're doing it for Your health so don't let anyone else's closed-minded opinion stop you from becoming healthier. Just my two cents. I'm starting to improve my lifestyle health-wise and thought I'd share these tips with anyone who may find it useful. :)

Cut down on food with lots of oil or sugar, exercise daily or alternate days, no need for advanced gym equipment or stuff - just start with simple stuff like high knees, push ups, jumping jacks and so on, Also, *DO NOT* exercise like crazy but eat like food shortage, in way, its like the "BAD" calories you lose have to be replaced by the "GOOD" e.g. healthy stuff, as for dieting, I'm not too sure about it but I've seen some articles about "80-20 diet" where you eat healthy 80% of your diet and you can treat yourself but not too much to the next 20%, also, try to take your dinner few hours before sleeping - let your food digest
@emeraldteal8 жыл бұрын
Love this video! Truly love the Manglish. As for me, I just cut down all the sweet drinks first. Just drink plain water and cut down your rice intake. Last meal is 3 hours before bedtime. Cut down processed foods, eat more fresh food like fruit n veggies. EXERCISE. Works wonders for me but then I stumble and go makan everything again. Hahaha.

This is literally my life. I'm always so pumped for working out or going for a jog, and just when the weather is perfect including the time of the day, I get my period! Thing is, the diet I've been holding for the whole month will be COMPLETELY in vain. I'll start stuffing my face with chocolate or eat twice as much food I ate a few days ago. My period lasts a week, too, so during that time I try to sit as MUCH as possible. Freaking impossible to be healthy!
