Reaper is serious business lol. My advice for hot food: 1 eat yogurt and bread 20 minutes before to base your stomach. 2 chew the food thoroughly and get your saliva mixed in to help it digest better in the stomach. I'm a hot food fanatic, ate that Paqui reaper chip and 5 minutes later I ate another. 20 minutes of extreme heat, then it started to calm for me, but I am conditioned.

Sous vide cooking might be "uncommon" where the Swimming Cow restaurant is located (Malaysia, I assume) but I think its pretty common where I live (US). My sister even got me a sous vide machine for Christmas a couple of years ago. I can control mine from my smartphone so its great for busy (or lazy) cooks. It makes the most tender beef. Yummy 😋
