今回、初めて視聴しました。雪見の旅館は、良いですね。この動画を見るだけで、静かな雰囲気を感じ癒された気分になりました😍。さて、この旅館はかつての旅館をリノベーションしたようですが、ロビーなどがある部分は古民家そのままを残していたり、その他の部分も木をふんだんに使っていました。よって、昔の古民家の雰囲気と木の温もりや和のテイストを味わえる、旅館だったと思います。また、従業員の感じも良く、料理も地元新潟の野菜を中心とした食材を使った少しユニークなメニューであり、おもてなしもしっかりしているように思います。この旅館をまとめますと、この旅館は「３つの満足」がつくられると思いました。雪を見ながら（それがない時は、絶景）露天風呂に入り、おいしい食事ができ、古き良き古民家の雰囲気や和の温もりなどを味わうことができる「利用者にとっての満足」。良いサービスを提供することによって、利用者に喜ばれて従業員のモチベーションが上がる「従業員にとっての満足」。そして、料理に地元の食材を使うことにより、それを生産している農家などの生産者のモチベーションが上がり、さらに地域が潤っていくような「生産者・地域にとっての満足」。たかが一つの旅館ですが、この旅館からは「３つの満足、三拍子」がつくられていくように感じました（この「３つの満足」は、この旅館や宿泊業に限らず、私たちが生きていくのに重要だと思いますが）。ここまで、この旅館が良いと感じたら、ぜひ一度泊まってみたくなりました😍（笑）。

When I visit Japan I always make sure I stay in ryokan. So now when I’m back home it’s just wonderful to be able to enjoy these beautiful ryokans with you. I have just discovered your channel and you can be sure I will be watching many more of your videos. I love that you don’t speak in your videos so the peaceful and calming experience of the ryokan is not disturbed. Arigato gozaimasu!

에치고 유자와 오랫만이네요. 일본에 살았을때 겨울에는 항상 저쪽으로 가서 스키타고 온천하고 너무 좋았는데... 눈이 정말 어마어마하게 많이 옵니다. 그래서 스키든 보드든 타고 넘어져도 눈이 많이 쌓이기도 하고 폭신해서 하나도 안아파요. 쌀이 유명한곳이라 밥도 너무 맛있고~ 그립네요😊

この景色一度は体験したいなぁ、おっとありました２８年前富山の氷見立山連峰は雪景色されど地上は超暖冬上着もNO、浜で遊べました。さて米処新潟ごはん🍚流石に美味しかった、もう一度行きたいです。今度はこの景色かなぁ。

Говорят мир тесен. Но в каждой стране своя природа своя культура и свой народ. Япония прекрасная страна. Самая качественная бытовая техника сделана в Японии. Моему телевизору шарп 40 лет. И он ни разу не сломался. Я его смотрю иногда сутками. Когда включаю каждый раз говорю спасибо Япония за хороший телевизор. И японский массажёр вещь отличная как будто руками делается массаж. Массажёру 15 лет. Спасибо талантливым и умным специалистам. И телевизор и массажёр будут долго долго мне служить. Золотые руки у японцев. С уважением к вам. ❤❤❤

1. Loving your nails this trip. Those little flowers make me think somebody is longing for spring. 2. The amount of stuff in the miso soup is unfair. Any time I get it out here in the states it's mostly broth and miso. Saddest Miso.
