After a couple years, the dad's friend left the company (retired, quit, fired, we don't know), and the moment that guy was gone, both Phil & his dad were let go. If someone doesn't do it for him, it wont happen. Someone would have to find Phil a job AND ensure that Phil wouldn't be allowed to do anything critical, important, or worthwhile AND ensure that Phil would never, ever be fired. I've been watching for a very long time. Gundam deserves so much more, youtube throttled him to stunt his growth, but he broke through anyway, that just shows how talented he is. He won against a stacked deck. Shame on youtube for suppressing the most talented creators on their site bc they don't like everything they have to say. Last night DSP played a JRPG demo on his nightly stream…and expected to be showered with cash. That’s right…a demo…which he shilled the entire time to his audience while banning anyone that said the game didn’t seem that great. By the end of the stream he’d made like 30 bucks.
