Apparently the shadows in the Subculture palette are very softly packed, so you only need to dip your brush in a small amount for a lot of colour payoff. I'm interested in testing it out to see how I like it.

@Ginny Amick I don't know if you saw ABH insta story their makeup artist describing to correct way of using this palette 2 days ago. Apparently, this palette is actually are hard if you're a beginner but not the pro, as by that say for using the palette all you need it's 1 tap into the pan and blending to your lids very light not hard. I think the other issued it's that few youtubers used concealer as eyeshadow primer which it's to dried or too patchy.

Subculture palette disappointed me too. Ordered it the moment it went live. Kinda regret it. The colours skip really weird. Blend to nothing or blend blotchy. Especially the greeny colours. The two shimmers are not opaque. The metallic is dope. The yellows are too. But the palette is nowhere near modern renaissance level. Wondering if they sped up production/release cause of the leak?

Annabelle van der Scheer I feel like the two lighter shades are meant to put over other shadows since they're so light coverage. I did a look using the greens and blues and put the green sparkle color (I forget the name) over the greenish blue color and it showed up instantly and looked beautiful.

Unfortunately, I am returning my palette. The nonblendabilty and patchiness are too much. And you have to be too careful with touching the shadows with the lightest of touch to not waste all of the product. It is impractical. Girl same thing happened to me with the subculture palette , had to wipe off the first time I tried it but I think it's a palette you need to play with and learn (maybe too much work for some) but I really did enjoy it after a while . Also try the perla face glow as a highlight on your face it is the best liquid highlight I've ever used over foundation also it doesn't have any glitter in it so it looks like super healthy glowy skin!
