Yes not all Trust consider years of experience po, but in my Trust here in Plymouth (hi kapitbahay Cornwall!) they considered po. As soon as I got my Pin, top band 5 na po 😊

if you are still young and have the opportunity to work in USA. go for it... they offer a better salary and the cost of living is cheaper than in the UK. just take your NCLEX and english exams as your passport to your american dreams.

I’m top of the band 6 and working in central London and if I do 3-4 extra shifts every month that’s easy 60k a year

@@bimgalin6239 Easy? haha lol no stop lying. How much is top band 6 per hour and how much are your 4x shifts? that won't even reach 55k. In addition you'll need a few good years to make it there, getting in to a top band 6 takes a lot of extra effort and politics. NHS pay is horrible
