My therapist told me the only way to get confident is exposure. You can only beat fear with repeating to face fear until you get used to it

@@charthers8903 yea I agree with that it doesn’t help when you are around someone who is constantly trying to make you afraid of the world around you. It messes up your perception of reality

I like the idea of using affirmations to force your brain to make you feel good in your body, but there is nothing more empowering than doing a cold, direct approach on a girl, and learning that you probably won't get slapped or canceled or even called a creep. A cold approach on the street is one of the most exhilarating things in daily life. And eventually, it becomes fun. :)

True confidence isn't something you "try" to be; it's the result of knowing your worth, embracing authenticity, and focusing on connection rather than impressing. Women value real, not rehearsed.

Absolutely spot on! Confidence is so much easier to talk about than to actually build, especially when it feels like there's no roadmap. I remember how hard it was to just ‘act confident’ with zero real experience backing it up. Taking action without overthinking has been a game-changer for me, and Habit10x’s Sense of Humor Improvement Program has also helped me feel more natural in social settings. Confidence isn’t about perfection but about showing up genuinely. Keep taking small steps, and it will start to feel second nature!

Don't underestimate body chemistry aiding you in this. TRT for older men is like ambrosia and will simply give you such a profound sense of well-being it's like a magic pill. Going no fap for all ages and de-sexualizing your brain is also a booster. Your goal is to be a mythic hero, Zen master and gracious gentleman all-in-one and this is achieved from a place of balance, inspiration and self-discipline.

To be confident you need to do things that build it. For me I learned that working out and looking good just naturally makes me feel better and I feel like I walk different and posture changed. They do see if you are confident though. I was doing errands yesterday and I caught a good amount of women staring at me and I was treated extremely nicely. For someone else it can be something else that brings confidence.

When most guys approach they are worried if the girl likes them when in reality you should be going to talk to her to see if you like her!

A little tip: the music in your background is adding more of background noise than adding to the content and the special efffect sounds are very distracting when listening audio only. And your content is 10/10 :)

I'm confident with family and friends and say the right things automatically (socialy calibrated), but once im at work, i tend to be more shy and have to think what to say lol

Recently I read a book called 'Mastering The First Impression: The Path To Seven Dates A Month', and it has already changed my life. I mean, I couldn't believe how wrong were some of my beliefs about what women want. The best thing is that is not a very long read, and that the writer is planning to release some new books really soon.

Every sales coach will tell you this - it doesn’t matter if the person hangs up or rejects you, try anyway you’ve got nothing to lose BUT this isn’t true - You DO have something big to lose because after the rejection you’re stuck with negative emotions and self talk AND that’s why inner game is EVERYTHING

Easiest and yet most frustrating tip: just get older. Full stop. I have always been a great catch, been grinding and never had any problems with girls. But the real, authentic & self-aware confidence… that developed over the years with experience in failing and making a fool of myself endless times. When I look back and think about my twenties… it‘s borderline cringy how hard I actually tried.
@richardpiricsi22153 ай бұрын
It is not as easy..i have seen plenty of 30+ guys who are awkward and cringey and not confident. Someone who sits as home between age 20-40 will be as awkward as some others 21 years old dude who is trying his best.

This is absurd. Men are made...Confidence comes from experience and options...It's a Scooby-Doo mystery. Men today don't have confidance because they have nothing to be confidant about. Guys today can't even stop a nose bleed, they sit around and do nothing, they don't have any life experience and then wonder why their lives are the way they are.

Confidence is such an overused word it has become totally meaningless. BTW true confidence under my own definition is behaving in a very sexually aggressive manner.

Why it should be intellectual in the first place? You just missed "the point" somewhere at beginning of understanding world, people, God.
