Microsoft Project: Mastering Effort-Based Task Planning

This is a Microsoft Project tutorial covering, how to create effort driven tasks. Microsoft Project tutorial. The tutor starts off by creating four tasks and adding a resource list. Each task type is changed to demonstrate what happens when resources are added to a task. The Fixed unit effort driven task reduces the duration. The fixed duration task reduces the man hours per person on the task. Finally, the fixed work task does not give an option to remove the effort driven tick but reduces duration when additional resources are added. Effort driven tasks in Microsoft Project.
