Thanks for this video. I am searching for something for quite a while now. But unable to find. Please if you could make a video on that. My query is how can project automatically reassign resources after status update. For example if a Mason was doing work in 8 days, I update status as 0% after 4 days, the project automatically now assign 2 Mason in order to complete the work in balance 4 days.

can you please tell me whats the difference between fixed unit no effort driven and fixed duration no effort driven? i see no difference. Thanks.

There is no difference at first but if you have over allocation issues and run levelling the fixed duration task will stay fixed but the fixed unit task may be split or reduced or extended to level
