I know I’m commenting this a bit late but when Amber says “Birthday, Red, Hospital, Pain” I think she means that she was at a birthday party, then she saw blood everywhere, the next thing she knew she was at a hospital. But then I’m guessing someone took Amber and turned her into that thing but while in the process, she felt so much pain. That’s what I’m guessing, I’m pretty sure there are better guessing from other people who think they know what Amber meant by “Birthday, Red Hospital, Pain”
