Hi Greta! I just wanted to say your nursery is adorable and I love the simplicity of it! I am a neonatal nurse and I just wanted to provide a little insight: try not to sleep in a rocking chair with your baby as it is a safety issue (accidental suffocation or dropping him). I know falling asleep is hard to avoid especially when you’ll be up with him in the middle of the night but it’s good to just be mindful of having him in Safe Sleep as much as possible. Extra padding in the bassinet is also a safety hazard. If you have questions about Safe Sleep, just ask your doctor and I’m sure they will provide great education resources! Again, I just wanted to spread awareness of Safe Sleep because I would never want anything to happen to your baby boy🩵 I already know you’re going to be an amazing Mama:)

In Australia it’s not recommended to move them into their own room till atleast 6 months because the risk of SIDS is so high. I’d do your own research
