You can repurpose your mobile by putting it over the changing table. Also highly recommend getting the Bibs on subscription. It's so nice to have fresh ones arrive as a reminder that it's time to rotate pacifiers.

Hi! Loved watching the essentials as a new mama, I have a question for you! I’m planning to buy the Uppababy Cruz in Theo colourway, and I wanted to know if it looks like a gender neutral colour as I’m having a baby BOY, but I just fell in love with this colour. Would love to hear it from you, thanks!

mmm this is a great question. I will say in person, theo is slightly more purple/taupe than were expecting. It definitely depends on the lighting, but transparently we got it because online it looked brown, and it is a little less brown than I was hoping. I do think it would work for either gender, but just something to be aware of!

If you haven't bought the toddler rail for your crib yet, just wait. We ended up taking the side off and not putting the rail on because it was the wrong direction, and he only felt out of bed once. Save the money.
