Hi Judy! I’m graduating from UC Davis in about a month with a major in Human Development, so a lot of our studies focus on child development. It was very heartwarming to see the part with Keira painting her nails and you complimenting her on her progression with getting better at it! Studies have shown that commenting on progress is beneficial to a child’s developing self-image compared with phrases like “Good job” that can actually be harmful and foster a fixed mindset. It’s nice to see how your girls are growing with such confidence and that is largely due to how you and Benji raise them with such attentiveness, love and care. Mia is so sweet, I love that Kiera is so encouraging to her. Shes just a little shy, twins or not that is just the dynamic of siblings. Where my sister was so outgoing or just more talkative, I was kinda shy sometimes embarrassed with myself or lacked confidence. my mom really helped me with that. It takes time, I was like 21 by the time I was fully comfortable with myself. It's so common for young girls and woman.

Benji is total dad goals. He is always trying to instill some kind of learning, whether it’s practical or just good morals. Also, the faces he was making in the drive thru had me laughing! You guys are such conscientious parents. You take the time to explain things, the why and how, and anyone with eyes can see how much you love your little family. There is so much patience and kindness displayed. I know it’s probably not always like that, we all have moments! It is always such a joy to watch your vlogs though, I will miss them if the day comes when you decide to step back from them.

Hi Judy, For the nail polish segment, to add on to the collection u have for the girls, I also do suggest the girls using any nail strengthen clear polishes that have vitamin E, Peptides, and other healthy ingredients that will help with strengthening their nails over time. When I was growing up my mama only let me use the clear coat on my nails then as I got older my nails grew stronger and sturdier. Up to you to try it and when you do, alternate it as a top coat and when you're not using colors. I am so happy my mom had let me polish my nails when I was younger and still happy with my nails: D
