Very underated car and very capable...never owned one but have raced a few in my golf R, e92m3 and Evo 8 and they can seriously hold their own for a ford, straight line speed they are ok it's the corners and coming out of the corners is where they shine!

Dont rate these look just like most modem cars, the mk2 in green witht hat 5pot sound is amazing and the mk1 just for the driveability can throw it into a bend and you know it will be handle it and still looks good today

The mk3 is superior to the mk2 to drive by about 100times. Looks are a subjective thing, I loved the mk2 when it came.out but think it looks pretty ridiculous now and the interior is so dated.

It's a 10 year old car pal, ofcourse its going to look dated. It does not look ridiculous it's meant to be a track car just like the civic type R. They are meant to look fast and aggressive. These RS' just look like an ST with a halfords body kit.

Personally I think the turning circle is quite good, you should try my S60R, like an oil tanker. Good video, love my RS. No excuse for the filth inside though, I came back from the Nürburgring a week after Tommy and cleaned my car the day after I arrived back but at no point did it ever have rubbish in it, bins are quite a common thing. Mine got the Mountune 375 upgrade the day before I went.

Get the JCR super low subframes. I've fitted them in my edition (which is 12mm lower than standard anyway). 50mm drop and its like a different car now.

Boost is when you are driving at high revs and you open your window a little bit and you get a boost of air in the car. It improves the the drag on the car, and depending on how much you tighten up your piston flaps, depends on how fast you can go. Easy adds 50bhp to any car.

@@kylefraser5490 The MK1 and MK2 are limited by the FWD setups. I agree with what your saying in terms of modern cars with lots of driving aids. This MK3 seems alot more involving than the the current crop of hatches, manual gearbox with a proper AWD system.
