I bought my INNOVA in 2008 September, v model. Have so far driven 3 lac km in stop go traffic and highways. I still think I can use it for another 2lac kms. Only regular maintenance done so far. It’s such a good investment unlike other cars which are loss making prepositions. One word of advise : just follow maintenance schedule given by OEM and your toyota will make you money eventually. CHEERS.

Tata Hexa has major service on every 20k where you change filters. 10k service intervals in between doesn't have any. Service cost is very much comparable to 8-9k. It too has almost every feature that Crysta has and is off-road capable. Handling and ride is much more supreme and is class leading. Fuel efficiency is better than Crysta. Giving a higher cost about 4L higher compensates any gain in resale value as well. This vehicle has reported extremely low number of issues and even beats Innova this time in that front. Ref: TeamBHP. This is my opinion. Wishing you Lakhs of miles ahead.

We are a family of 3 (me, wife and a kid). After months of R&D and findings through the web and acquaintances, I zeroed down on Crysta to gift it to my wife on her birthday last month....have done 5000 so far, class apart and matchless....BTW my wife personaly didn't want a Crysta since we already own 2 Innova (2006 and 2011) in the family. This new one is worth single penny that one spends on it....no wonder it's known as the poor man's car in the US. (In my case, I would prefer to be a poor but then a wise man) for people who criticize this car.

Very well said IMB. Actually currently Toyota is number 1 car manufacturer in terms of sales in the world. They are famous for their reliability and low cost of ownership but here in India they try to place their cars in high price bracket unnecessarily bcz people trust them in UV segment.

This car having issue of brake disc . I have 2.8 G and repaired done 9 times for same issue. Toyota PPL are helpless and blaming driving pattern ... Toyota not agreeing on this issue ..

मैंने Crysta की जगह Hexa ली और लगभग 4 लाख बचाए.. 4 लाख की FD कर दी जिसपर लगभग 30000 हज़ार साल का ब्याज यानी कि 2500 रुपये महीना ब्याज मिलता है जो डीजल मे इस्तेमाल हो जाता है.. Long trips पर FD से थोड़ा withdrawl कर लेता हूँ... रही resale वैल्यू की तो ज्यादा आगे की सोचता नहीं आज मजे करो..मस्त गाड़ी है.. High speed acceleration जबर्दस्त है.. कोई भी रास्ता हो कैसा भी हो Hexa का रास्ता कोई नहीं रोक पाता जबकि बहुत से ड्राइवरो को देखा है बड़ा संभाल के गाड़ी निकालते हैं खराब रास्तों पर फिर भी उनकी गाड़ी की chasis टकरा जाती है.. 20k kms हो गए हैं ertiga भी है मेरे पास उस से maintenance cost कम आ रही है Hexa की

Sir you bought this so you are prasing it.please do not compare it with Safari as both are meant for different purpose how many Safaries you see with yellow no.plates?and how many innova?🤔🤔innova do not have road present In fact it is most ugly looking car in the segment in comparison to Hexa and XUV.Good to hear that you are not doing off-road with this believe me innova does not come with 4x4 option which means it is city car with tiny tyre.just have a long drive in Hexa, you will know what road comfort you are missing on bad roads.do research innova is made for India product and not as same quality as Toyota is known for globally.

Sir mere pass bhi pehele ek white colour ka hathi tha i mean safari😂 vo maine TATA motors se kharidi thi fir vo chori ho gyi thi fir mere ghar valo ne black colour ki safari li in 2012 TATA motors se hi fir maine vo 2017 mein sell kardi tension mein ake uska kafi maintenance tha roj koi na koi kharabi ati reheti thi fir mera dil agya inova pe maine vo 2017 mein vo maine 36 toyota se hi kharidi thi bohot achi gadi h abhi bhi mere pass h uska kuch maintainance nahi h fir toyota pe to samjo dil agya or ab maine 36 toyota se fortuner kharidi kafi achi service h toyota ki or sir app konse sector mein rehete ho main faridabad 28 sec mein reheta hun apna ghar btado kabhi milenge or sir apko ek baar apne lapto ki britness check karke tab vedio edit karni chaiye thi kafi low brightness thi thanku sir nice vedio😊

Car is good but Toyota should soon update car with necessities when Mahindra xuv 500 and tata hexa are available. Sir I would like to ask you as a friend of mine is planning to buy crysta. First thing i feel is from side the wheel size looks too small is this true sir? And steering is not that comfy and ground clearance is too low. However xuv is not that good it lacks plastic quality but i think hexa is good in every terms whether it would be awd, built, looks, space etc. And also i think at price of about 24lakh awd should be there pls clear sir is awd available? In Innova crysta? Please clear doubts sir 🙏
