That is the late, great Dale Earnhardt Sr known on the track as The Intimidator. Lost his life during the 2001 Daytona 500 due to a Basilir Skull fracture during a crash a few years after this movie. And the first voice was Mr. Garrison

I was at his 98’ 500 win and there for that fateful day in 01’. We left just after the checkered failed to beat the traffic. If you want another classic by Matt Stone & Trey Parker, I recommend that you watch Orgazmo. It's about a Mormon who becomes a pornstar/superhero, with Trey Parker as the lead and Matt Stone as the sound guy. It's honestly the one movie I wish they would make a sequel to, and Trey Parker is pretty badass in the fight scenes.
