The pacing gets better with each pod. Here for the deep FNL trivia. Do your thing, Scott.

I love all the trivia and stories. Give us all of it. Also, I read this instance of Lila and Riggins as pure grief and desperation to find anything to hold on to when everything is gone, and being teens they don't know how to deal. The fact that it keeps going after this episode is what changes the tone for me.
@meghangonzalez32 Жыл бұрын
Scott please keep telling us what teams you got the uniforms from. I think it’s so great the show included local teams and establishments in the show.

one of my favorite lines by Street to Matt: they will fear you.
@vanessajanik4623 Жыл бұрын
This might be my favorite episode. It’s just so raw. But my favorite scene of Saracen ..not sure the episode but when he’s drunk & coach throws him in the shower & Matt goes “everybody leaves, what’s wrong w/me?” Ugh. So real & raw.

Agreed! Mae talks too much. 🤷🏼♀️
@RayNotCharles Жыл бұрын
@@shelbyc6057 honestly, especially with all the big word usage, she sounds nervous. I can’t blame her though. Even though she’s a famous actress herself, I’d still be starstruck meeting, much less hanging out and doing a podcast with, my favorite tv characters.
@ubranlion Жыл бұрын
I like all 3 of their contributions. They are cohosts and each add something, Mae in particular adds a great outside the show, professional eye. She and Scott talk the same amount. I trust that they know what they're doing and that they can manage their dynamics.
@Awardshq Жыл бұрын
Scott tends to talk too much and rambles.
@heather541019 ай бұрын
I appreciate why Mae is here, but she talks over the guys, interrupts them, and takes over even if they are making a comment. Ffs, I would love this more if she listened as much as she talks.

I will say I absolutely love when Scott gives back ground info especially about what high school it is but……. It’s because I live in Austin and love to hear these small areas get shoutouts and maybe a lot of your other fans listening are in austin or Texas area too so keep doing it

played high school football from 2013-2017 in california and I can tell you that my coaches did similar things to this wind sprints, a player on my team had thrown a bottle at our coaches head on the bus home after a loss (not sure if he was mad for not getting playing time or what) but obviously you don't do that and we pulled over and ran suicides for like 10 minutes than got back in the bus and went back to our school. So it can happen in California, I'd say more in the central valley than anywhere else in Cali, but it does happen. Will never forget that moment

Scott keep tha school names. I played nearly every single team on the show irl. San Marcos sucked, seguin was terrible for decades, westlake just lost its first game in 55 games after three straight state titles. I think y’all played Clemens too.

Westlake recruits. Often these families from major cities with prospect athlete kids get promised a nice massive home in the hills and a better education with guaranteed playing time or starting.

I thought the new uniforms were way better. The pilot uniforms looked so baggy, like a kid wearing his dad's jersey. They do look better in season 2 though because they're better quality.

I recommend putting a SxxExx on the titles of your videos and putting them into playlists by seasons if you plan on going episode by episode. Reaper Reviews (Sons of Anarchy) explained that they did this categorizing late and they regreted not doing it in the beginning. This will be helpful for people watching in the future wanting to watch the episode then watching this video as a companion
