Lyney as a character is very well designed from a Gameplay perspective Since he continuously produces taunts which makes him less shield dependant He has small nuke for a skill and big nuke for a burst which enables him for a Quickswap team since he has 60 er burst cost and produces 4-5 particles on skill as well. Also his hats auto target the enemies which also has some AoE if enemies are close together

Most definetely as Archon Furina will be good (all the four Archons are one of the best support and sometimes DPS) so there's definetely a chance she will be good but Neuvillette could be good or avarage and rarely OP since sadly HoYoVerse rarely focus on making OP male characters.

Lyney is definitely strong but this video may be deceiving because it's his optimal team set up. The more pyro characters the better he is so he is doing higher damage here and not to mention the c6. I don't think we can expect Furina and Neuvilette to do the same thing because their optimal team is probably not 4x themselves

lyney is a charecter done right big damage like ganyu but has some downside to it like hp drain , but has ways to get that back as well , animations are good , hoping to get more balanced charecters like him.

C0 Lyney is still quite the nuke. That passive sure is bonkers. Its like doing melt dmg but without the added headache of needing to apply cryo or potentially ruining reactions lol. He's definitely one of the better dpses we've gotten in a while. Everything in his kit are for nuking. He's already clearing much faster than some of my high-invested teams when he himself isn't even fully built yet with low talent levels and not even in his best artifact set.

I dont get why people are hating on lyney, we have so few pyro 5* star characters (diluc, Deyha, Klee, Hu Tao, and yoimiya) and only 2 out of the 5 are good. Lyney is amazing, he does large numbers with his CA, his E (and it heals him), and his burst. Plus he has very cool idles and normal attack animations. He’s basically a pyro ganyu

he deadass does more than my hu tao, and while he has skyward harp and hu tao has deathmatch, hu tao is triple crowned and lyney is at 7 6 6. hu tao has a higher crit ratio too at 71 to 219, while lyneys at 80 to 187, and hu taos at c1. shes the most invested in dps ive got, and lyney just cleared her instantly, by a huge margin. he does so much more damage than her and does everything better. im now maining him and i have no regrets. hu tao was ended the second her released i fear

thing is.. he has self Buffs on his own abilities, not including the bow. On my C6 cyno non burst mode who's using terrible artifacts of Thunder fury atm Lyeny is keeping up just fine. My lyney atm is using nahida c3, raiden c0, baizhu c0. With all 3 active + aqua simulacra + him borrowing my tighnari's mid tier wanderers troupe set.. his NA is hitting between 1-2k at lv 20/40. This being with the bow at 80/90. Charge attacks from the reactions was around 4-8k which is as much as my cyno's E skill with him proving only Nahida. Not even Xingqiu or baizhu. If it was cyno's burst, cyno will obviously do more. But this is also all lv 1 talents. C0 con and no bow that self Buffs. Thar may not seem like much but it shows Lyney isn't weak, especially at C0. His mono pyro team is stronger than Hu Tao but he's flexible enough for other reactions without worrying about specifics on his team comp. Hell, he was killing things from giant stone churl and fontaine enemies at lv 20 like nothing compared to most of my other 5 star units. i just finished lv 90 and at 60/60 lyney. Haven't tested since because he's a glass canon at 7k hp. To sum it up.. lyney is just insanely good no matter the con. If you can get c3, you'd be even better.
