Not much new here.. Altho a damn sight better than the train wreck I witnessed in Toronto: under-rehearsed and overwhelmed by those annoying cranes.. Tony fidgeting all night with his laptop instead of playing.. I am a huge fan but that was brutal. This release at least contains so extension and a band that is clearly comfortable again with the material. I,might even buy the Blu-Ray to see the show that was never fully realized in Toronto..

The sound is great as it usually is, however the energy captured from the Milan '94 show far outweighs this frankly flat performance. I know thats a near 20 year difference, which IS a long time. However, this looks and feels like a rehearsal and the lack of the fun head-cams and Peter engaging the audience more, leaves more to be desired. Tony and David look bored. I know things change over time. Just wish the art side were more prevalent to match the music which begs for more of it.

Dude's 63, he can't run around like he did when he was 40. He also doesn't have quite the crazy budget for theatrics that he did twenty years ago - the industry's changed (and he hasn't exactly been releasing much new music in that period to support elaborate tours, either).

I saw the Back To Front show in San Jose, CA in 2012. The first 1/3 of the concert was with the house lights on. He explained they would be acoustic & basically be rehearsing in front of the audience. This is the first song in the change over to house lights off & electric instruments. So, it was kinda minimal at first, but it did get more elaborate as the show went on.
