First of all i just want to say how strong I think all of you are during this time. Followed you for years and I’m so sad to see this happening to you. You are perfect the way you are and this “dieting” and “summer bod” thing can (by own experience) soon turn into something really bad. Talking about loving you body, being unconditional with love for yourself etc is something I’ve always heard you talk about. I am in a 4 year long relationship, 6 months into the relationship he cheated on me one time and one time only, when I found out I was devastated, I was angry, I went through all the emotions but I chose forgiveness, I took things slow for a really long time because I didn’t want to get hurt again. He proved himself to me and now I am at a point where I genuinely believe it will never happen again and our relationship is in the BEST place it has ever been in. The point of this story is to tell you that it is possible to work things out and stay together, it just depends on the person and is definitely not for everyone. Just have to take it one day at a time. But no matter what happens just remember you will be ok and you have a huge support system. We love you and it will all be OK.

My sister and her husband went through this almost 7 years ago…. He got help and they went to therapy. I look up to their relationship now. I want a marriage like they have. Don’t let anyone tell you what to do. This could have been the biggest blessing on either side. For you and your family I hope it works. If it doesn’t then it doesn’t. But if it goes good and he truly changes then amazing! You do what’s best for you. But my sister’s situation was almost exact like yours, both married both had kids, my sister reached out to her husband and they talked. It’s weird s your situation is reminding me of there’s. This is your journey … I have been there as well and I choose forgiveness my husband was broken in the godly sorrow… he came clean to me and was prepared to accept the consequences whatever I decided.. He couldn’t stand the guilt of his actions it was tearing him apart… it’s been 8 years and our marriage is stronger and our communication is great… we both saw a great deal of maturity in that season… it’s not totally forgotten but it’s bearable. You will always have triggers and my husbands job to reassure me we are good it’s he’s gravel to chew from here to forever….. Always know GOD will guide your journey!

When I was in a similar situation, I was so upset, angry, betrayed, I would literally get sick. It took a long time, but I ended up forgiving him, and we actually tried to stay together, but the trust was gone, and without trust, nothing was left. I know it can be done. I've heard of couples that it makes the relationship stronger in the long run. Whatever happens, I just wish you happiness and peace

I hate to be that person but please please please DON'T use charcoal toothpaste. It is so bad for your teeth. Each time you use charcoal toothpaste it scraps a thin layer of enamel off your teeth and it will not come back and that causes really sensitive teeth. Just thought I should let you know ❤❤
