My daily dose of happy . I like how you show your real life and how the kids are . I helped raise my niece and nephew. I remember all these great times . They go by fast . Hey guys, I just discovered this post and I really like it! I also love having a real Christmas tree. It smells so wonderful, I love it! It's a tradition in Switzerland that we decorate it on Christmas Eve. A few days before it is as nature created it. I love the blue colour of the lights also. We have a pine tree in a big pot in the backyard that gets moved inside every year and decorated.

I live in Texas an always got a Douglas Fir...weird that Florida can't grow them. We used to cut ours down all the time but then it got harder, look at nursery/garden centers next year (that's where we got ours once we didn't make the trip to cut them down)

I've lived in Florida for a while now (Originally from NJ, we followed my grandparents here), and I still stop and check out the gators. They're impressive! It's a healthy respect and that shouldn't go away no matter how long you've lived here, lol.

I live in England 🇬🇧 and my family has always had fake Christmas trees we keep all of our decorations up the loft and we enjoy getting them down as a family and putting all the decorations up in the house while having a hot chocolate and some snacks with a movie on in the background our favourite is National lampoons Christmas vacation 🎄 xxx

My parents swore they would never get an artificial tree. They got a small one set on a table and store some gifts. Each kids gifts are in large gift bags are brought out on Christmas Eve. Buyer beware….the kitties find it they will also climb a large real tree. It’s also have the lights..your tree is beautiful, I forgot you had the upper lounge area. Fun game the kids might know is pass the pigs

Home Depot, Lowes, Costco and most churches set up tree tents that you could go and select a tree from. At least that's how we get our tree and I live in Miami

You literally can get a Christmas tree at one of the million Christmas tree lots in Tampa. They are everywhere and I’m sure even where you live. Just have to drive around. Many Lowe’s and Home Depot’s have them in their parking lots.

Unfortunately due to allergies to pine so I have an artificial tree with lights ornaments and bows. Your tree looks great! Make dure that you keep a small bowl of water inside the tree stand at the trunk so the tree won’t dry out as fast since your tree is live. Otherwise it’s a fire hazard.
