Fire at sea is a great worry for mariners. I'm surprised the ferry offers barbeque! Itsuka's room reminded me of a land-based capsule hotel. Food looked good.😋 Thank you, Itsuka-san.

Induction hot plates I guess make it a reality on the seas now. Wasn't bbq as I was expecting in the North American sense.
What a pleasant trip for you! So serene and relaxing. I personally would have chosen a different room, the one you stayed in is too small for my comfort! That is one of my favorite styles of cooking, but our family loves to do it on a grill over a fire.
Sashimi and miso set great value for $12. Japanese bento boxes always look so aesthetically pleasing. The food looks fresh and tasty.

I like ferryboats and BBQ, so a double treat! Thank you! My daughter took the new Sunflower ferry from Osaka to Beppu last week as part of a solo lap around the Seto Sea before she leaves Japan. She even bought me a hat at the onboard gift shop, ha!

The food looked delicious. Certainly an easy way to order and the BBQ was most impressive. Great ferry ride thanks. Bushyboy Oz.

Every time I watch your videos I wonder where you go next after arriving)) Like in this video: it's late evening, it's so dark and crowdless... I would feel lost. Thank you for your wonderful and relaxing videos!

Although modern technology is convenient, and saves money on wages, I prefer a human to serve me in a restaurant, rather than a machine, as I enjoy social interactions, and a chance to practice speaking Japanese.
Question If only a few people want the cheaper 'room' that you showed here, but there are many rooms like that, would the ferry put you all in one big room, to make housekeeping and cleaning easier, or spread passengers out in several rooms, to ensure a good night's sleep and more privacy?

Question. If a foreigner visiting Japan has little reading skills in Japanese, how would they understand how to book the BBQ, and pay for the meal? Is the computer available in English/Chinese/Korean???

Why are they still wearing those masks????
@user-wi9hv2pb2q Жыл бұрын
Common practice in Japan for hygiene and in other parts of Asia for air pollution. Not just for covid! That is why during the pandemic you could by fun children's masks or adult masks from Japan, good quality, comfortable, and often in good colors or with cartoons for children.
@hp111a Жыл бұрын
@@user-wi9hv2pb2q This has nothing to do with hygiene and health, wearing masks is harmful to health, unless you have heavy smog on the streets. You are ruining your health by wearing masks.

a normal video, but the question arises, why is everyone wearing these rags on their faces? many have realized that this is just hanging noodles on their ears, they have been canceled all over the world for a long time, you are the only ones who are so right))
@krysanteemik5686 Жыл бұрын
Japanese have been fond of wearing rags on their faces since before the pandemic.
@Zomerset Жыл бұрын
I think it is because the Japanese are polite and respectable of other people. Before Covid, wearing masks was normal when they had a cold.
