you're definitely right about ct sides coming together faster than t sides on a new team... on all the teams I've played for in ESEA we usually come in super hot when we first start playing together getting tons of rounds on T side in scrims when but teams that have been together longer shut us down on our CT sides... it usually takes a few weeks of consistent scrims to build proper cohesion on ct side.
