The Grand Canyon is here in the United States. We flew to Vegas, took a day trip to the Grand Canyon ( one of those excursions they offer at the hotels there). You’d like it. It was very beautiful as well. Please continue to show the sites of Namibia. I really enjoy your content.

By the way a canyon is just a deep gorge, with a river flowing through it. And so river canyon is a canyon coz the river runs through horizontal dolomite strata ( dolomite is a sedimentary carbonate rock). So, When the dolomite get mertamphosed, and eroded due to erosion, the movement of the river follows the processes of weathering and erosion, and then tectonic activity create what we call a canyon.... I have tried not to use too deep geological terms. I hope it makes sense.

Awesome👌🏾 Before you go back and do the hike trails just warm up with (makenuse of more stairs) walks beforehand to prevent jelly legs on the trails... I failed myself but definitely going back. On your morning walk last day out, i'm surprised you didn't have a guide on the gorge... we had a guide back in 2015.

Hey there, the uncertainty of when the boarders are going to open have increased of the past week 😢. We’ve recorded the highest number of new cases and saw some regions go back to lockdown with a he strictest of measures. So at this stage, we’re not really sure when the boarders will open anymore 😭.

No they’re not. But they’re currently running a special of N$1k I think. It’s quite a bargain. That leisure card is really where it’s at, especially for me because I’m a budget traveler.
