we need to have confidence in our players. we keep changing players every match and also the team selects players according to the fans' reaction, rather than what they should be doing, why flat pitch players are there, Jaiswal has never crossed 25 on a difficult pitch, Arshdeep is not there in the team (he has been playing county), Rahul's position is not fixed and is always blamed when we lose, ro-ko don't want to play domestic. You can never win like this. We are completely dependent on bumrah, Rahul and Jadeja.

For the longer format India needs an experienced coach. The style of GG reflects the short term temperament, hence the result follows. If there are different set of players for longer and shorter formats then the coaches should be appointed according to that mindset. BCCI should need to work on this issue meticulously, or else the legacy of Indian Test Cricket would be in danger.

Kohli and Rohit are also on the verge of retiring so keeping 4 to 5 senior players who might retire in about a couple of years makes no sense. When individuals become greater than the team, result seems obvious. What needs to win a match is the best performance from 2 or 3 players and average performance from other 4 or 5 players. Currently we are only getting best performance from Bumrah and average from one or two other guys ( Jaiswal, Nitish). Other players are not able to produce any effective contributions towards the team win. Apart from our two worshipped self-obsessed heroes, other big names like Pant, Jadega, Siraj, Kl (except few innings) have failed miserably.

But atleast GG-ROHIT can find the players who have the potential to Stand on crease for a long period of time i.e. which is Done by Pujji nd rahane over the yrs...... Hi evryone, Just here after losing the MELBOURNE TEST:) tbh don"t have your expectations high as the end is near and as a CRICKET FAN i am saying this. 3-4 more years of VIRAT, hardly a year for ROHIT, but the transition is near just like we had in 2014-15 BGT. Ashwin retired just at the right time. I want to urge people to keep their emotional aspect on one side, and ask yourself by heart that are we even worthy at this point to qualify for the WTC or to potentilly win the CT2025.
