Brother I have a counter discussion on your point on problem 1: of small town big giant companies came and started working, IT start coming to small towns that’s the postive side but what happen is the rent of the home in town will become more becuz landlords think and increase their home rent which infact do bad for common people on that town and overall domino effect will happen. So it’s all about the habits one need to change to become high saving individual and don’t do blame on the cost of City or Town

It job is full of politics.. no senior will help you, u have to beg them to get the job done. Major stress eh working time less ah irukum work adhigama irukum. It employees won't be having bad habits since they will be struck to laptops 24×7 hrs It has more money + it has more layoffs.after layoff sometimes we even get another job after 3-5months for expected salary else underpaid salary. After 15yrs it employees will suffer heavy layoff so only big money This is the fact Don't speak like it employees life is like bad lifestyles, continuous huge money, carefree lifestyle, each job is pain in its own way.
