Every field would get impacted by AI, so choose core if you are really passionate about it and you will face challenges as a beginner and there is always a demand for qualified people in core jobs particularly in electronics field.

Guys, don’t ever complaint about your job, if you don’t like it, please look for another alternative instead of fighting with management or co-workers. Understanding of YOURSELF is more important. Don’t set you career goal based on things you wants buy instead looking for how you can retired in 10 to 15 years by working for people. Set the ultimate goal and go after that for next 10-15 years. Pay the price first folks and don’t wish for easy life.

I work in IT. I love the job I do, although it is not an exciting job, as no upskilling space is there in my job, If you try upskilling you will be stopped to do it. I do my job and come. Toxic workplace is of course stressful. I feel many HR backstab employees making fake promises. Remember always to love your job and not the company, colleagues and boss. They might never need you, they can dispose of you anytime and never care for your health. This applies even for HR, who always take the company side, when they need to take employee side in most of situations. Keep upskilling, this applies even for non-it. Regarding salary, many product based IT are paying so well. I feel average senior software engineer payscale is 25L/annum - 27L/annum (assumption: top performer).

I am 70 years now. The present living style demands more money and our our attention to family and children as we go elder, at least to the our children stand on their foot. Generally by the time our energy to take care our children ends our children should run their family. It may be at our 55-65 age. IT always look for new blood and brain. Fresher is always with new ideas, adaptable, free from family chores etc. so every IT company is in need of fresher only. Many many advantages to the IT company with youngsters. But these youngsters become elder, responsible to their children and family. What I am drawing here is, like agniveer, the IT job should be for a period limited to 10 years. They should be paid well-at least 5 times of what they get now. Else they should be paid pension by the company after 10 years.

Every job has its merits and demerits... IT job has stress its true but we're receiving salary every month, having 2 days holiday per week In business we can earn as much as we work also comparatively less stress full but they dont have weekends to relax right so here stress level became equal and its my opinion End of day we all work hard to meet our needs Pass for a second think about life anyway gonna die someday do something makes happy in between these things. It can be anything drawing, playing out door games, starting at sky, playing with dog. Try things which makes you happy and not expensive
