Congratulations . All the best for your next journey rahul sir. But one thing is unacceptable with his speech. He says he did not studied for optional before prelims but only after prelims. It is very difficult to achieve the feat. Although he missed by 14 marks . That much close is also very difficult to achieve with one preparing for optional just after optional. he may missed about telling his prior knowledge of optional beofee prleims
