Euan's right, this is from Friday 22nd August 1997 and not the 28th August 1998 as James suggested I found an article from when Thomas Marshall's killer was jailed in 1999 and it mentioned that he went missing on the 21st August 1997 which was a Thursday, and Martyn Davies mentioned that it was the holiday weekend coming up in the weather forecast, which would've been the 23rd-25th August (as the August bank holiday is the last Monday of August)

I wonder if it’s 1997 because of the Thomas Marshall story as a story the first on the Anglian extra news was on a Sunday itn bulletin on August 24th 1997 exactly 1 week before princess Diana was killed making this August 22nd 97 which I’ve seen on here or am I mixing it up with something else? as I suppose it could be 98!
