That 'artist in residence' is such a desperate attempt to try and shock people, but it only appears to be an awful mess, as the 'art' itself is mediocre at best. (It is like adding a tattoo to the Mona Lisa, to try and shock people, when it just fails miserably.)

That’s undergoing a “monumental” restoration that will most likely take 30 years and cost well over £200 million! I bet it will look absolutely stunning when finished, but for me the three greatest classical houses in England are Chatsworth House, Castle Howard and Blenheim Palace.

The Duke and Duchess of Devonshire paid for it over the span of 10 years. They also pay £16 million “each year” to maintain the house.
