BG ruined my credit score, too. Went from 950 to 369 from one default payment on a rented house 4 years before. However, i dont have a mortgage on my house, so having a terrible credit score can't hurt me. I'm surprised about the tv subscription being declined. I don't understand that.

The credit reference agencies must be compelled to suspend British Gas from giving credit information by the FCA. Then OFGEM needs to fine them and support a class action. However both the FCA and OFGEM have shown no backbone in taking on large corporates.

I'm not even British A*sss oops! Gas... but they put on my credit when I called them they don't know what happened ... day light robbery, and no one can do anything to stop them😮
