so, since I saw a lot of people giving amazing theories about the story behind this music video, I'll just tell you the whole backstory.
the protagonist of this video is Angie, Miao and Mio's (the twins with light blue hair) mom.
she was married to Owen (the guy with light blue hair).
basically when the twins were born everything was fine, they were a normal family with a normal life, until the kids' 4th birthday.
on that day she finds out that her husband and her kids are hybrids (half cats) and she kicks Owen out of the house, keeping the kids to blackmail him.
she HATES hybrids, so she verbally and physically abuses them their whole life, until one day Miao runs away and she lets Mio move to his father's home, because she starts to realize what she did.
Miao gets trapped in a lab and then, after being able to escape, she moves with Owen too.
(oh and just to clarify something, the blonde haired girl isn't Mio's girlfriend, she is Owen's new wife)
Angie is left alone at this point, she gets even more addicted to alcohol and the guilt slowly eats her up.
after two years she tries and go apologize to them, but they tell her that they need time and they aren't ready after what she did.
she comes back to her house and the music video starts.

I love how the main character here is more of a villain. In most Gacha stories (or fiction in general), the protagonist is the one who was wronged by someone else, so it's nice seeing the bad guy's perspective once in a while

I think the story is about a mother who abused their kids and she's guilty about it. She's also an alcoholic and her husband left her(probably because of what she did to their kids) and she decide to end her life because she fan't live with the pain that she abused her own kids and they are never going to forgive her

Storyline theory: so the twins parents got a divorce for their mother's anger issues due to that she ended up hurting her husband physically. This happened multiple times, it almost became a daily occasion and the fighting never stopped so her husband divorced her and left the kinds. Since the twins were too yung he couldn't take them. Due to the sudden changes in mother's life that she didnt whant, she started drinking and since she didn't have anyone else to blame this on other then herself she blamed the kinds and abused them whule being drunk. This whent on for years until the twins were old enough to move in with their father. This hit the mother most, she realized what she has done, how bad she messed up, she didn't whant this, she didn't whant this life and there was no one else to blame other than herself. She, SHE messed up, it was HER fault that her life was like this. This was too much for her so she started drinking again till one day. She thinks about her past as she drinks, the sudden guilt eats her up so she decides to get some freash air. As she walks around the house to find house keys she get's flashbacks. Each room she goes thru she gets a flashback of her hurting her precious children in that specific room, she then goes to her room, thinking about what she has done for YEARS, how she ruined her children's life, she see's herself as a monster and nothing more, she didn't whant this, she regretted everything, she wishes that she could turn back the time to fix it...but she can't, she cant do anything to fix this...the only way to get out of this misery is to end her own life, or that's what she thinks. She takes the rope and place's around her neck, as she stands on the chair to take her life away in a spit second, she say's sorry to her children and her husband, even if they didn't hear it, even if they never forage her, she still regretted everything so she said sorry virtually, kicked the chair out of the way and smiled as she took her own life away... (Sorry for the bad English, and I sorry for making it long, i got carried away😭😭😭)
