You should make a series where your team starts off with being 70 OVR, then you go into games, and every time you complete certain challenges, you can add +5 to any player of your choosing. When I explain like this it doesn;t sound good, but I've seen it in Madden and 2k and the series are alawys really fun to watch

For special packs you should have a topps now and a monthly awards wheel. You have to spin the wheel to decide the player so it could be a silver or could be a diamond
