Great analysis despite having no subtitles. ITZY always brings their A game! I kinda wished they had used some real set pieces but the CG still looked stunning as did the members! Ryujin spitting bars in Japanese was amazing. Props to her.

U know the most amazing thing is that Ryujin do the rapping so smoothly and agressively while japanese isn't her mother tongue , I don't come up another word suitable but "Iconic" to describe these girls.

I just love your reactions, you are easily one of my favorite reaction channel. And doing more Itzy can never be a mistake, just wait and see for the rest of their songs. By the way this is probably one of the « simplest » in terms of theme in K-pop but most certainly one of the most impactful Japanese debut ! that not usualy they're type of songs it's japanese track made for japanese taste and they love rock music . i don't like ITZY usualy they got weird beat and poor lyrics . they don't have powerful vocals to fit the ROCK or METAL genre . that kind of sound could fit more for a group like DREAMCATCHER . that sad than the only track of ITZY than i love is a JAPANESE track and not a korean one . but for the irst time i have to admit than they do they're job.

What do you mean by poor lyrics? If you really listen to their songs it's mostly about self love, confidence and empowerment since debut. Their lyrics are so strong and a lot of people say (because i read a lot of comments about them and their songs and also take it from me they also help me especially in self love and confidence) that ITZY really help them to have confidence and also to love theirselves they are getting stronger. Also I saw the english lyrics of Voltage (i don't know if it's the official one) but Voltage message is also about empowerment.

@@kryzelmarietuquib24 i said poor writing it's well know in my country than JYP wrote one of they're worst song MAFIA IN A MORNING . he was under fire for that . and the ITZY fan cafe start to lose many fans . in less than one year ITZY lose 1 million fans on they're café . and we can see that because they win less trophies on music show last year than during they're first 2 years .as a JYP girl group ITZY didn't wrote or produce they're songs . so the confidence and empowerment than you talking about is not they're lyrics . and it's notorious than half of the members lack of confidence so talking about that seems little fake . if the group was only with YEJI and RUYJIN and they came with that kind of song and concept i can agree with you but it's not like that . the other half specialy CHAERYONG and LIA constantly put blame on them self they don't need any hepl to dowgrade themself . and it's easy to see how unbalanced the they are . but to be fair they got some improvement in that way . every body know how great dancer they're except LIA . they got fire dance routine and they're support by one of the biggest kpop fandom in a world the JYP fandom but they're own fandom didn't grow . other bad point for them they're not really famous for they're vocal and it's normal because they're title track is not made to let somebody shine vocaly . that could be not a problème 2 years ago with only 2 or 3 rival group like EVERGLOW / IZ*ONE and (G)IDLE but now so many amazing rookie group pop every where with better vocals , better visual most unique concept and all seems to also had fire dance line .WEEEKLY /STAYC / AESPA/ IVE/ KEP1ER even they're label mate NMIXX all of them had better balance and fire vocal line .but if in some way they help you it's great that what a music is suppose to do . i only speak about tough reality is work in this industry and if a group made one or two bad comeback they're career is almost done . if they're next comeback is not a banger i'am afraid than people start to really leave them for all new group i name .

@@fabricemaire4433 ITZY keeps gaining followers on KZbin & Instagram. So they must be doing something right. Most groups, not all, start getting less music show wins as time goes on. Plus Crazy in Love was their highest selling album. That being said, not everybody can like every group. Enjoy the ones you follow. I'll keep following ITZY.

@@aznk7538 you're right they gain popularity oversea . but they lose popularity domesticaly ? it's mostly because when new kpop stan start they're journey many people suggest them to start with group from big agency . the first step is BLACKPINK /BTS second step TWICE /EXO third step STRAY KIDS/ DREAMCATCHER / MAMAMOO last step ATEEZZ / (G)IDLE / ITZY normaly if the people come far in the journey that it he is a new kpop fan . nobody will recommand LABOUM / A-PINK / WEKI MEKI / THE BOYS / GRAVITY or group only knew in our country . that why they gain follower but in korea the competition is tough and with that many very anticipated female group who's debut this day . people lose interest for older group. if ITZY want stay in a game they had to level up they're general skill. look(G)IDLE do a great comeback so far after the SOOJIN case that a big step for them .after they're 2 last bad comeback ITZY as to comeback with a banger they're done. they got the chance than NMIXX debut was a flop because every body as they're eyes on them .

@@fabricemaire4433 I started following Kpop maybe 2 years ago. I started with Blackpink like everyone else. ITZY was my second, Mamamoo third, Dreamcatcher fourth. After that I casually follow the rest. Every group is going to have ups and downs. Plus being successful overseas is where all the money is. BTS made a fortune in LA and will make even more in Vegas. Trust me ITZY is quite famous in Korea as well. In Lia & Yeji's most recent VLog they got recognized by a toll booth operator. Also, Loco was a banger written by the same people as Wannabe. So I think JYP is giving ITZY great opportunities. But like you mentioned I always hope they have a successful comeback because it is difficult to keep fans happy.
