I honestly find it sad that we as people put restrictions to our self-expression in general. literally, who cares if you want to have neon pink hair at 70 years old? if you want to, if it makes you feel happy and confident - then why not do it? I personally probably wouldn't ever dye my hair but literally, what stops anyone from doing it? at any age? live your life and don't think about other people's opinions, besties:)
