Great Job, Sir! Could you please help with this type of problem? And how to approach similar ones in future? A 189 lb. male is ordered to get 4 mg/kg/day of Ambisome. Ambisome comes as 50 mg vial that is reconstituted with 12 ml SWFI that yields 4 mg/ml solution. The reconstituted Ambisome is to be Added to 250 ml of 5% Dextrose and infused over 2 hrs. What would be the infusion set rate in gtts/min is using an infusion set that provides 15 gtts/ml? Thank you.

Thank you Hanan for your question. Please confirm whether the rate is 4 mL/hr. The question in its current form says "4m/hr".
