IV Iron Infusion Reactions

I developed chronic long lasting hypophosphataemia after my iron infusion and still struggle with it 18 months later

I think I've got a touch of hypophosphatemia. I had an Iron infusion a week ago and I'm so worn out and have nausea

I take xyzal wich is a antihistamine am i not supposed to take it when you get an iron infusion?

Now im worried im suppose 2 go get the infred infusion in a few hours

I’m so sorry! Hopefully it got better soon after the infusion was stopped
