Maurice Darkie You know. It's okay to feel depressed. You're not alone. And don't worry about it. Just be like water and keep flowing. I've learned that thoughts are just thoughts in your head and aren't real. We need to create a space between us and our mind and I'm working on it. Just understand that thoughts are nothing. We get 50000-80000 thoughts daily. Yet the ones that stress us are the one we keep thinking about. Just go with the flow and keep going. You're always in control of everything. That's just a fact. You'll eventually make it.
