I think you got a great deal on this Model Y. I would keep the rebuild stock not modified like the Model 3. The Model 3 was pretty sweet though!

You guys got a great deal on this one. I’ve worked at a Tesla shop. When having the glass transferred, make sure the gap is correct between the liftgate and roof glasses or one of them may chip. The rear repair are mainly bolt on parts. Also after seeing the car while it was loaded on the trailer, all four tires are worn on the inside.

Smoking deal is the battery is good. It looked like the cooling fluid was leaking but maybe just water. Check the octovalve in service mode to see if that is working

I straighten my aluminum handle bars after a bicycle accident. 2 years later the handle bars broke while I was riding. Aluminum doesn’t bend back in shape like steel.

Lots of parts that may have to be new since finding other model Y's may be hard to come by. Good luck on pulling all the aluminum since it sometimes tears.

Take it back to stock. Driver seat belt is blown are you sure air bags didn’t blow too. Could be an enhanced unit. Once fixed it’s easily worth 30 large plus. Charge the main battery and see what you get. Battery should be ok.
