I became an Ibanez man thru and thru 9 months ago. My GWB205 has a neck to die for and I’m currently deciding on a Ibanez fretted 5 string. This is the most gorgeous Ibanez I’ve seen, but with all those tonal variations, it always keeps the same personality. I don’t know, I guess i’ld have to hear/play it in person.

people see the ibanez basses, and think "oh, the company with terrible quality control." and it makes them not buy their amazing basses. Which sucks because Ibanez is the gold standard for every non-stingray bass player. heck, I've never seen an ibanez review where the bass was broken, unplayable, or bad quality. Just minor visual differences than the initial picture, due to the person buying a natural wood bass, and being mad it wasn't the exact color of the picture. it also kind of sucks due to the major brand yamaha having glowing reviews by newer players, yet I've never seen a yamaha instrument not be broken on arrival. heck, the only yamaha branded instrument in my local guitar shop was brand new, and it had a chipped neck. my current bass is the gsrm20, and the only visual damage are dents to the body from me accidentally bumping it on my desk when I mess with my amp during practice. I love the thing, and my dream bass is their sr300E in sky veil blue with a matte finish. with their 405E series in green burst being my dream 5 string bass. gotta save up though, being broke means I need to save up for about a month just to buy the sr300E bass.

Even though I don't own an Ibanez bass, I can tell by all the settings, this bass would fit any metal band with no problem. For instance, in an upfront part of a song use the Boost Passive. & for any background part of a song use the Active Cut. You'd have to experiment w/ it. This bass has so many settings, it can play any kind of music. Country, Jazz,Rock, Metal , Orchestra. Tech-no pop. Punk. You name it. That bass would get the job done in any application.

@VmShpman824 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure there is one answer for ya. There are lots of em. IF you have a decent I-Phone with alot of features you could use your camera feature. Also, music stores sell cheaper recorders these days . Years ago you couldn't hard get a TASCAM w/o spending a fortune. Something as simple as an old Cassette recorder would work also. Google it & see what you come up with. There's tons of recording devices out there. Check out Sweetwater. There are others besides that. Good luck buddy.

I’m debating whether to buy this in a four string or the Spector NS Dimension 4. I returned the Ibanez 1005ms because I thought a fiver would be fine, but I can’t get used to it and it throws me off. If I kept it it would just hang there. I like the multi-scale. Leaning more towards the Spector.
